SimilarTube operates each website ("Site") that links to these Terms of Use to provide online access to information about SimilarTube and the products, services, and opportunities we provide.
By accessing and using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use.
SimilarTube reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use as modified. The last date these Terms of Use were revised is set forth below.

By using SimilarTube, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
Description of Service
SimilarTube is an AI-powered Chrome extension and web app that helping discover similar YouTube channels using a look-alike algorithm.
Search Usage and Billing
Effective Search Counting: Each search you initiate will be counted as a valid search and will consume one credit, regardless of whether the search returns results or not. Our crawler incurs a fixed operational cost for every search attempt, regardless of the outcome.
No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee that every search will produce results. The number of results depends on various factors including the similarity threshold, applied filters, and the availability of matching profiles in our database. In some cases, particularly when strict filters are applied, you may receive few or even no results. This does not exempt the search from being counted as a valid search usage.
Result Variability: Each search scans up to 100 profiles. When no additional filters are applied, you will typically receive between 30 to 50 results, depending on the number of profiles that show a similarity score above 50%. With filters applied, the number of results will vary based on your search criteria.
User Accounts
To use SimilarTube, you must create an account by providing your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
Privacy and Data Collection
We collect your email address when you create an account. We collect and store the reports you create within the App to provide the functionalities of the App. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to: Creating or sharing harmful or malicious reports. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts. Disrupting the normal operation of the App.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to software, design, and content, are owned by SimilarTube or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
- The quality of the service will meet your expectations
- Any errors in the service will be corrected
You expressly understand and agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimilarTube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: Your use or inability to use the App. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party.
Refund Policy
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription unless you have used more than 10 of searches or 10 of email matches. But the trial fee ($1.99/$4.99) is not eligible for refund. Please contact [email protected] to request a full refund. You can expect a response within 3 business days.
Subscription Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize SimilarTube to charge you according to the terms of your selected plan, with automatic renewals unless you cancel at any time. You can manage your subscription and cancel anytime through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware US, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Fair Use Policy
Our unlimited plans operate under a fair use policy to ensure a high-quality experience for all users. Usage limits are as follows:
300 searches in 24 hours: This is a soft limit. Exceeding this limit may result in reduced search speed and concurrent request limitations.
500-1000 email matches in 24 hours: This is a dynamic hard limit. The exact threshold depends on user behavior; more frequent or bot-like activity may trigger stricter limits to ensure fair usage.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use any automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or other automated means to access or collect data from the App
- Make excessive requests that could degrade our service performance
- Attempt to circumvent any rate limits or access restrictions
- Use the App in any way that could damage or overburden our systems
- Engage in any systematic extraction or scraping of data from the App
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
